Most jobs need more than one trade. Rather than coordinating five subcontractors, you get one team that carries the work from the excavator to the last skirting board — and one number to phone when something needs sorting.

Director
Runs the company and the day-to-day on site. He prices the work, sets the programme and is the person you phone when something needs sorting — the same number from the first site visit to the last snag.
Goosain Benjamin
Site principal · 30+ years
Adam’s father, and more than thirty years in construction — a good deal of it on large commercial and civil projects. That background is why SBC can take on earthworks, concrete and structure, not only the finishes.

Scope & quote
You get a written, itemised quote with the scope spelled out — materials, labour and programme.
STEP 03
On site
We work to the agreed programme with a supervisor on the job, and keep you updated as it goes.
STEP 04
Handover
We walk the job with you, snag it, close the list out and clean up before we leave.
