Terms of Service
SBC Stellenbau Construction Pty Ltd · Last updated 21 September 2026
The short version. This website tells you what we do and lets you ask for a quote. Nothing on it is a fixed price or a binding offer — a job is only on once we've quoted in writing and you've accepted. Nothing here takes away the rights you have under South African consumer law.

2. Agreeing to these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
3. What this website is for
This site describes the work we do and shows photographs of jobs we have completed. It is provided for information and to let you contact us. It is not an offer to contract, and nothing on it should be read as a promise to do work at a particular price or by a particular date.
4. Quotes, prices and contracts
- We do not publish prices. Every job is quoted on its own facts after we have seen the site.
- A quote is an invitation to do business, not a binding contract. A contract comes into existence only when we have issued a written quote and you have accepted it in writing, and we have confirmed we can take the work on.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. If no period is stated, 30 days.
- A quote is based on what was visible and known at the time. If conditions on site turn out to be different — ground conditions, hidden damage, services in the wrong place — we will tell you before doing extra work, and agree the cost with you first.
- The terms of the job itself (payment, programme, variations, guarantees) are set out in the quote and any contract you sign, not on this website. Where they differ from this page, the signed document applies to the work.
5. Using this website
You may look at the site, print pages and share links to it. You may not:
- copy, republish or resell our photographs or written content without permission;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any server behind it;
- scrape or harvest content or contact details, including for marketing to us.
6. Our photographs and content
Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site — the text, the layout, the logo and all of the project photographs — belongs to SBC Stellenbau Construction Pty Ltd or is used with permission. The photographs are of our own completed work. Please don't use them as your own.
7. Links to other websites
This site links to WhatsApp and may link to other third-party services. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Accuracy and availability
We keep this site as accurate and up to date as we reasonably can, but we don't promise that everything on it is complete or current, or that the site will always be available and free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SBC Stellenbau Construction Pty Ltd, its directors and its employees are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from relying on information published on it, including loss of profit, loss of business or indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, nothing in these terms limits the liability we have for the building work itself under our contract with you or under the law.
10. Your consumer rights
Where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies to you, these terms must be read as subject to it. Nothing here is intended to limit, waive or remove any right you have under that Act, and if any part of these terms conflicts with it, the Act wins.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. This version is effective from 21 September 2026.
13. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of them carry on applying.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
15. Getting hold of us
Questions about these terms, or any complaint about the site, can go to info@stellenbaugroup.co.za or 076 701 0469.
